Construction Contracts in a Changing World – Are your construction contracts sufficient in times of uncertainty?

Construction Contracts in a Changing World – Are your construction contracts sufficient in times of uncertainty? Join our one-hour webinar with technical and legal experts from Gleeds and Freeths to discuss whether the contracts used for international construction projects address the sometimes unforeseen events we increasingly face – the pandemic, climate change and price increases being just three key examples.

The FIDIC 1999 suite of contracts remains enduringly popular in the Middle East. It is now over 20 years old and was built for a different time. We discuss whether parties should be paying closer attention to the forms of contract they use given increasing uncertainty and the different risks the world now faces. In particular we will consider how well contracts deal with unexpected events.

During this webinar, we will discuss the issues facing international construction projects and how they may need to change in future. We will also offer you the opportunity to ask the construction contract questions that really matter to you and your projects. We hope you can join us!
