Freeths strengthen Employment offering with strategic appointment

National law firm Freeths has appointed Nicola Wallbank to head up the firm’s Oxford employment practice. Nicola joins from Julian Taylor Solicitors.

With over 18 years’ experience, Nicola advises both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law, drafting and negotiating exits for senior executives, including where there are complex or high value bonus or share option issues.

Having acted for high profile clients across a range of sectors including education, retail and professional services, both nationally and internationally, Nicola partners with businesses to manage and resolve complex people issues. Her work typically includes advising on redundancies and business restructures, the provision of contracts and associated documentation, dealing with complex grievances and disciplinary issues to reduce exposure to claims.
