Freeths advises Accident Exchange Limited on sale of software solutions business
Freeths are delighted to have advised Accident Exchange Limited on its sale of AX Innovation Limited to Total Specific Solutions. AX Innovation offers software solutions with a focus on fleet management, telematics and vehicle tracking.
Leading the Freeths team on this deal was Director Hannah Tessyman. She was supported by a wider, multi-disciplinary team comprising of Director Mohammed Abbas, Senior Associates Daniel Seely and Emily Gaffney, Associates Katherine Ferrari-Bradley and Chloe Birkett, and Legal Assistant Kathryn Jolly.
