Freeths advises management team of Imperial Corporate Events on strategic investment by Rockpool

Top 50 commercial law firm Freeths has advised the management team of Imperial Corporate Events (ICE) on a strategic investment by Rockpool Investments, supporting the company’s next phase of growth.

Founded in 2002, ICE is a market-leading UK-based corporate events agency specialising in VIP event and travel services for corporate clients. The business, which delivers 15,000 events globally, combines premium travel, accommodation, and catering with access to some of the world’s most prestigious sporting events, concerts, shows, and culinary experiences.

This investment will enable ICE to expand its geographical footprint, pursue strategic acquisitions, and secure access to additional premium events across the global sports and entertainment sectors. CEO Rob Poutch will continue to lead the business alongside the existing management team.

Freeths advised the management team throughout the transaction, with the deal led by Corporate Director Hannah Tessyman. Hannah was supported by Associate Ryan Belcher, Senior Associate Grace Hill and Director Michelle Wilkinson.
