Freeths welcomes back leading Clean Energy Partner

Leading law firm Freeths has appointed Clean Energy Partner Rhianna Wilsher to lead the firm’s Heat Networks practice. 

Rhianna helps clients realise their ambitions for prioritising and balancing energy security, cost and decarbonisation, by advising on the structuring, negotiation and regulation of low carbon energy projects. With more than 15 years’ experience, her key focus is on district heating, sustainable development and the on-site generation and management of energy.

During this exiting period of new heat network regulation, Rhianna will lead on all manner of district heating, cooling and private wire electricity projects for property developers, property owners, investors, energy services companies and local authorities. Her notable experience includes advising SmartParc in relation to all aspects of low carbon generation and supply of heat, cooling and electricity at the Derby Spondon food production campus.
