Freeths advises Park Property Management on acquisition of Indigo Square’s factoring business

Leading law firm Freeths has advised Park Property Management Limited on its acquisition of the factoring business of Indigo Square, strengthening the company’s footprint across the west of Scotland.

Glasgow based Park Property Management is a residential property management specialist, overseeing developments across Scotland. The acquisition forms part of the company’s ongoing growth strategy and sees approximately 2,000 new clients across 130 developments in Glasgow, Renfrewshire and Ayrshire added to its portfolio.

Indigo Square is owned by Brian Gilmour and will continue to operate its estate agency business from its offices in Glasgow and Largs.

Leading the Freeths team was Corporate Partner Louise Mahon, supported by Corporate Associate Rebecca Rudd.
