Freeths advises shareholders of FLAGS Software on sale to Recur Software

Freeths has advised the shareholders of FLAGS Software, a leading provider of quality management and production control software, on the sale of the business to Recur Software.

Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Solihull, FLAGS Software is a leading provider of quality management and production control software for complex manufacturing environments. The business supports customers across the automotive, aerospace, rail and marine sectors, helping manufacturers improve quality control, traceability and operational efficiency.

The acquisition by Recur Software marks a new chapter for FLAGS Software, bringing additional investment and resources to support future product development, including the expansion of its artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, while accelerating growth and continuing to deliver innovative solutions to customers in existing and new markets.

The Freeths team was led by Lee Clifford, Corporate Partner, supported by Michael McMahon and Kate Rogers.
