Freeths Housebuilding & Strategic Land team wins top honour at RESI Awards

Freeths’ Housebuilding & Strategic Land team has been named Legal Team of the Year at the Property Week RESI Awards, the UK’s largest and most prestigious awards for the residential development sector.

In a highly competitive category featuring 13 leading law firms, the judges described Freeths as a “clear winner” with a “standout, best-in-category submission demonstrating exceptional innovation, strong collaboration-led development and significant growth”.

The RESI Awards celebrate excellence across the residential property industry, bringing together key players from across development, investment and professional services. 

The award recognises the Housebuilding & Strategic Land team’s work supporting housebuilders, developers and land promoters across complex residential development projects.
