Testimonials

“Patrick provides clear, commercial advice and he works tirelessly to make sure our transactions move forward successfully. He is a great asset to our business.”

(Steve Brandon, Inside Land Group)

“We have used Patrick as our main legal provider on a wide range of commercial property transactions for several years – mostly for residential development but with some investment and financing transactions. He provides an outstanding legal service, in particular by being highly responsive and proactive, which is what our business requires. He is very ‘commercially aware’ – he understands our business and provides proportionate and creative solutions that allow for transactions to be carried out quickly and efficiently. He also provides straightforward and easy to understand advice. I would highly recommend him.”

(Tom Dickens, Director, Inside Land)

“For me, the key to acquiring the services of a good Lawyer in the world of Real Estate and Residential Development is ascertaining pro-activeness, commerciality, understanding of objectives, good communication and sourcing solutions to legal constraints rather than simply outlining the problems. Patrick Adie at Freeths holds all of these attributes and has made contract negotiations from inception to completion as smooth and efficient as possible for me on a variety of new land acquisitions, back to back sales to Housing Associations and some other unique legal deeds. Patrick is very client focused and informs me if fees need to be reviewed well in advance, but will do his best to fit the fee into the original quote. I have used various Lawyers over the last 13 years throughout the Midlands, but none that quite have Patricks ‘can do attitude’, efficiency and commerciality.”

(Chris Loizou, Head of Development (Midlands), Partner Construction Ltd)

“I have instructed Patrick to act on a number of commercial and residential property transactions, and have always had great service and professional, commercial advice. Patrick’s quotes are fair and he communicates well and manages expectations when transactions experience unexpected complications. I’m happy to recommend.”

(John Murphy, Director, Isle of Man-based companies)

“Patrick has a good understanding of business objectives and drivers – he has highlighted potential issues where they could impact on business despite no client instruction to review. He thinks laterally at all times to ensure a good, holistic service… his clarity, nature and frequency of communication is excellent… Overall he provides a very thorough service that represents good value for money.”

(Kate Callis, Programme Manager, Telford & Wrekin Council)

“Once again, outstanding job well done.”

(Will Van Cutsem, Director, Pigeon)

“Thank you so much for all the hard work you’ve done to enable us to exchange contracts, we really appreciate it. Your negotiating skills are something to be proud of! Absolutely thrilled with the results, thanks again.”

(Philip and Linda Dalton, land owners)

“I’ve always found Patrick to be professional, friendly and helpful. It’s really nice to be able to speak to a solicitor just like you would a friend. Patrick has always made me feel comfortable about asking even the most basic legal questions which gives great peace of mind…I would recommend Patrick without question.”

(Steve Strongman, former Development Consultant, Mansell)

“Patrick consistently provides a professional, pragmatic approach to delivering on a range of commercial acquisition agreements.”

(Andrew Hampton, Regional Development Director, Greenbelt Group Ltd)

“Patrick provides clear, commercial advice and he works tirelessly to make sure our transactions move forward successfully. He is a great asset to our business.”

(Steve Brandon, Inside Land Group)
