Freeths supports successful sale of Documation Software and DS Professional Services UK to Whitevision

Leading law firm Freeths has advised John Wallace and Theresa Wallace on the sale of Documation Software Limited and DS Professional Services UK Limited to Whitevision, an international provider of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) software solutions.

The transaction marks a significant milestone for Documation, a long-established provider of document management and process automation solutions. The acquisition strengthens Whitevision's presence in the UK market and supports its wider international growth ambitions.

Founded in the Netherlands in 2005, Whitevision provides Artificial Intelligence-powered solutions that help organisations automate invoice processing, procurement, spend management and document management processes. The acquisition of Documation adds further scale to Whitevision's operations in the UK and enhances its ability to serve customers across Europe and beyond.

For Documation, joining the Whitevision group creates new opportunities for investment, innovation and growth, while ensuring continued support for its customers and employees.

The Freeths team was led by Corporate Partner Ania Gabrielczyk and included Corporate Director Kerry Jimenez, Senior Associate Ryan Belcher and Legal Assistant Hugh Tweddle.
