We have developed three courses for training your employees on diversity and inclusion. Employment Tribunals expect employers to be able to demonstrate the steps they have taken to prevent discrimination and harassment in the workplace, and our courses are a useful tool to support this.

FAQs

Do I need any special equipment to run the courses?

We are able to share a SCORM file that can easily be embedded on your Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking and reporting. We can also export the course as web-only output so that it can be hosted on your own web server.

Web based hosting will not allow tracking of learners’ progress and course completion.

Can you put our branding on the courses?

We can include your logo and brand colours throughout the course. We can also include a link to your policies to ensure that the eLearning reinforces your existing policies and narrative around the issues.

How often are the courses updated?

As and when there is regulatory change affecting any of the components.

Can you make this course bespoke to my organisation?

We are able to tailor some of the course content and language to align specifically with your organisation. We can also amend the scenarios and examples to reflect your particular workplace or industry. This will include an element of rewriting content and will come at an additional cost, depending on the level of tailoring.
