About Ben
Ben is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team with extensive and demonstrable experience of advising on a complete range of transactions, including high-value portfolio disposals, acquisitions and management and landlord and tenant matters on behalf of institutional investors, developers and local authority pension funds.
He is passionate about servicing his clients, working towards their bespoke objectives and managing projects on their behalf. Ben also works closely alongside fund managers from CBRE Investment Advisory and Aberdeen to assist with the management of properties in the retail, leisure, industrial and logistics sectors.
Ben is organised in his approach and is regularly credited with excellent project management skills; this consistently benefits the delivery of successful results for clients. Ben’s organised approach coupled with effective, pragmatic and succinct communication allows Ben to drive forward transactions and seek commercial solutions for his clients.

- Advising on the disposal of a directly-owned real estate portfolio in a deal exceeding £520m
- Acquisitions for a local authority pension fund with combined value exceeding £150m during 2022 and 2023, acting as a trusted advisor during the client’s strategic growth phase. This included a retail park in Kent for £22m and distribution centre in Swindon for £30.5m
- Disposal of a family-owned leading UK garden centre to one of the largest UK & Channel Island garden centre groups, with a value of c.£25m
