"Carolyn Lowe is praised as 'an experienced lawyer who is very committed to her clients' and 'the sort of person you would be happy to recommend'."

Carolyn has over twenty years’ experience of bringing clinical negligence claims.

She heads up the Clinical Negligence team in Oxford and Milton Keynes. She is recommended for being dedicated to seeking answers for her clients and obtaining compensation, which enables them to pay for the care and equipment which they need as a result of the mismanagement of their medical care.

She has been praised for her sensitive and empathetic approach, helping her clients to feel at ease when it comes to the complexities of medical terminology and procedure. Her aim is to take away the stress of seeking compensation at what is very often an emotional and stressful time.

Carolyn is a finalist in the Milton Keynes Women Leaders Awards 2018 in the category for Professional Services.

Testimonials

“I would like to thank you very much for pursuing this potential case with such thoroughness and sensitivity; I am very grateful for your assistance.”

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank our legal team, especially Carolyn Lowe for bringing Luton & Dunstable Hospital accountable for their mistakes in the mismanagement of [my child’s] birth in 2004.”

“Thank you once again for your kind care and attention. We did initially try to speak to another firm of solicitors who weren’t interested in our case, so we are truly grateful that Freeths have been so wonderful and helped to establish the truth around the events leading up to the death of Isabelle.”

“I really want to say how fantastic you and your team have been. I have been overwhelmed at times at your kindness and compassion when dealing with myself and our family. You have made the worst situations bearable by how you have treated us all and I am forever grateful to you for this. I have trusted you implicitly and knew that any advice given was to be trusted 100%.”

“Without you I doubt there would have been any settlement at all, let alone the value we got for it. I don’t think there are sufficient words to express our gratitude.”

“Carolyn Lowe is praised as ‘an experienced lawyer who is very committed to her clients’ and ‘the sort of person you would be happy to recommend’. Her practice encompasses cases stemming from neonatal death, stillbirth and brain injuries suffered at birth, among other matters.”

“Carolyn Lowe handles complex clinical negligence claims ranging from neonatal injuries and stillbirths to injuries suffered as a result of negligent orthopaedic surgery. Market sources say: ‘She does her job extremely well and makes everyone feel comfortable around each other’.”

“Up-and-coming Carolyn Lowe is an ‘industrious and dedicated’ solicitor. She is recommended for her expertise in high-value cases such as cerebral palsy claims.”
