Demi joined Freeths in April 2019, and, following the completion of her training contract, qualified as a solicitor in the firm’s specialist Clinical Negligence team.
Demi works closely with individuals and their families to assess the medical care received and pursue accountability when treatment has been substandard.
Her experience includes not only group action litigation but also a wide variety of cases including delayed diagnosis claims, orthopaedic claims, surgical errors, and fatal claims.
In addition to managing her own case load Demi also works closely with Karen Reynolds and Siobhan Genever assisting on a number of complex birth injury, brain injury and cerebral palsy claims.
