Dhruv advises on both corporate and personal tax matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (acting for both buyers and sellers), business sales, the taxation of real estate transactions and the availability of EIS and SEIS.

As a member of Freeths’ Employee Share Incentives team, Dhruv also has experience advising SMEs on establishing and implementing share incentive schemes, with a particular focus on EMI share plans and unapproved shares option plans and also advising on share incentives during the due diligence process of a transaction.
