• Acting for Battersea Power Station Development Company Limited on their ongoing development of the Battersea site, including the recent appointment of John Sisk & Son as main contractor for Phase 3C (the construction of two new 15-storey buildings designed by Gehry Partners creating circa 300 homes and 65,000 sq ft of commercial space) and the upcoming development of Phase 5, delivering 200 new social housing units

• Acting for a pension fund on the forward funding of a number of BTR schemes, procured under design & build and construction management

• Acting for Royal London on the forward funding of three care homes and preparing bespoke framework arrangements

• Advised Lloyds Bank PLC on the development and investment financing of One Embassy Gardens at Nine Elms, procured on construction management

• Acting for Nationwide on the development of Oakfield, a non-profit neighbourhood of 239 homes

• Acting for a developer on the construction of a new student accommodation scheme in the South West

• Acting for Travelodge Hotels Limited on both acquisitions and estate management, expanding their portfolio and procuring the refurbishment of hotels across the estate

• Advised a major drinks manufacturer in relation to the expansion of a processing plant, procured using a combination of MF/1 and JCT contracts, which were amended to address the requirements of the project, such as the need to preserve and protect ongoing operations at the site

• Advised Associated British Foods on the procurement strategy and construction arrangements for a number of engineering and civil works projects in the UK and overseas, including in relation to ABF Grain Product’s capital expenditure programme (using construction management)

• Acted for a number of developers on construction projects for major hotel brands within London

• Acted for funders providing development finance on multiple hotel projects throughout the UK

• Advised Primark on the development of a distribution centre in central Europe (procured under MF/1) and the construction of their UK headquarters

• Acted for M&S on the development of their stores and warehousing arrangements

• Advised a building society on the wide-scale fit-out programme of retail branches throughout the UK

• Advised on the construction of a new state-of-the-art sports facility and modernised design and technology facility at a leading independent college

• Advised in relation to the Dulwich Health Centre Scheme, a highly complex healthcare development in South London delivered in partnership with a registered provider under LIFT arrangements
