Lewis joined Freeths in August 2018 and trained with the firm, qualifying into the Commercial team in London in March 2022.
Lewis has experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of B2B and B2C agreements. Lewis also supports clients on a broad range of infrastructure and project finance transactions including a number of PFI and PPPs across a number of sectors within the UK.
Over the past six months Lewis has worked closely with Tom Johnson in relation to rail finance matters including advising and supporting on manufacture and supply agreements, operating leases, long term maintenance agreements and train services agreements.
In addition, Lewis has also worked closely with Iain Bowler in respect of technical support & spares supply agreements and lifetime services & support agreements relating to automated materials handling systems.
Lewis is currently on secondment to the Firm’s biggest client ALDI where he assists the national buying function with all commercial legal matters.
