About Lucy
Lucy is a Senior Associate in the Pensions team at Freeths, advising trustees and employers on all aspects of pensions law. She has particular expertise in bulk annuity transactions and buy-in to buy-out conversions, scheme wind-ups, internal dispute resolution procedures, scheme amendments, GMP equalisation, and trustee governance.
Lucy trained at Taylor Wessing (now Winston Taylor) before qualifying and has since gained further experience at two other leading City firms, working on complex pensions matters for a range of employer and trustee clients. She takes a practical, commercially minded approach, helping trustees and sponsoring employers navigate technical pensions issues with clarity and confidence.
