Shivani Fakey

Shivani is a Senior Associate in the Freeths London Corporate team, having joined the firm in 2019. Shivani advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including private and public M&A, venture capital, private equity transactions, group restructurings and general company law advisory matters.

During her training, Shivani was seconded to an investment fund manager specialising in sustainable and impact investing, where she assisted with a variety of commercial and corporate matters.

Shivani has worked on transactions across a variety of sectors, including music and entertainment, healthcare and hospitality and events.
