Freeths add a bit of Zen to OfficeTeam acquisition

The Corporate team at Freeths has recently advised The Spicers-OfficeTeam Group Limited on its acquisition of ZenOffice Limited (“Zen”).

The Freeths team was led by partner Karl Jansen and senior associate Francis Dalton.

Zen is a provider of business supplies and services and is particularly well-known for its strengths in the managed print services sector.

The acquisition follows 8 years of consecutive growth for Zen and represents the 40th acquisition completed by Spicers-OfficeTeam, at a time when the dealer base is consolidating in an ever-changing market.
