Whilst there has been plenty of pandemic-specific news since our last seminar (furlough, mandatory vaccinations, self-isolations, sick pay and holiday carry-over to name a few), it is important that we do not lose sight of the fact that employment law has also moved on in a number of core areas for HR specialists.
These seminars will concentrate on these “HR business as usual” issues and cover any important case-law developments which may have been missed whilst businesses focused on getting through the pandemic, including interesting cases on:
- Holiday pay
- Whistleblowing
- Dealing with vexatious grievances; and
- Unfair dismissal
We will also look at future developments that are on the horizon.
If you have any queries regarding these seminars, please email eleanor.watson@freeths.co.uk.
