What is a Solicitor Apprenticeship?
Our six-year Solicitor Apprenticeship is designed for Year 13 school or college leavers with a passion for law and a determination to succeed. This year, we’re offering apprenticeships at our Leeds, Oxford, Bristol, and Birmingham offices.
As an apprentice, you will:
Spend four days a week gaining hands-on experience and one day studying with the University of Law
Earn a degree within three years
Complete your Solicitor Qualifying Exams (SQE 1 and 2) and gain Qualifying Work Experience
Qualify as a solicitor by the end of the program
Throughout the apprenticeship, you'll work closely with high-performing lawyers, assist with a variety of legal tasks, interact with clients, and conduct legal research—all setting the foundation for your future success

You don’t need to excel at everything, but we are looking for someone who is:

Detail-oriented and committed to excellence
You’ll need at least 3 grade Bs at A-level or the equivalent to apply
