Sheffield Employment and HR Forum: Unpicking The Employment Rights Act 2025

The Sheffield Employment team are delighted to invite you to their next HR workshop, taking place on Wednesday 25 March 2026.

In this session, Tom Draper, Lee Williams and Claudia Booth will be discussing the Employment Rights Act 2025, providing answers to the following three questions:

• What changes to the law are definitely happening?
• When will these changes be happening?
• What should employers be doing now to prepare and mitigate risk?

The workshop will be informal and interactive, offering attendees the opportunity to share experiences and ask questions of our legal experts.

As always, the session is free to attend. Breakfast will be served from 08:30, ready for a prompt 09:00 start. The workshop will finish around 10:30.

We will also be sharing a free copy of our “Employment Rights Act 2025 checklist”, detailing the various steps needed to ensure compliance with the new rules. Only those who attend the session will be entitled to receive a free copy.
