Leon Arnold with support from the wider Freeths team, have advised Brett Horth and the other shareholders of Vapouriz on the sale of their shares to Flavour Warehouse.

Vapouriz, based in Guildford, operates Vapestore.co.uk alongside seven flagship retail stores, franchises and a hi-tech manufacturing facility for its range of premium e-liquids which now join the Flavour Warehouse portfolio.Following the acquisition, Vapouriz will continue to trade as normal, building on its success and taking advantage of the wider group operating model and economies of scale.Brett Horth, founder of Vapouriz, said “I’m extremely pleased with the work and efforts of the Freeths team who provided diligent and commercial advice throughout the transaction and drove the deal over the line for us.
