Freeths advises Milpharm Limited on its acquisition of Uxbridge office building

Leading law firm Freeths has advised Milpharm Limited, an affiliate of Aurobindo Pharma group, on its acquisition of 1 Roundwood Avenue, Stockley Park, Uxbridge. The building will shortly serve as Milpharm’s headquarters. 

Stockley Park is a premier business site boasting 88 acres of land, with excellent transport connectivity, situated by parkland, lakes and scenic landscape areas. 1 Roundwood Avenue is a modern two-storey office building with a prominent, front of park position overlooking one of the lakes.

Milpharm, is a top ten generics pharmaceutical company in the UK, based in London. The company’s diverse product portfolio comprises more than 350 products spanning various categories, including branded generics, oral solutions, oncologicals, anti-allergies, anti-diabetics, cardiovascular system and central nervous system medications. The development in this major London setting is just the latest strategic investment by the Aurobindo Pharma group in the United Kingdom. 

Leading the Freeths team on this deal were Real Estate Partners Craig Jones and Daniel Abrahams. They were supported by Director Ayesha Qayum, Senior Associate Sophie Moonshine and Associates Karkay Lee and Thomas Gorman.
