We were proud to have advised long standing client A-SAFE GROUP, a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of industrial polymer safety barrier systems, on its minority investment by IK Partners.
We advised Checkmate Fire and its shareholders on its sale to IK Partners. The completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. Established in 1989 and headquartered in Leeds, Checkmate Fire is one of the UK’s largest passive fire protection specialists, supplying a comprehensive range of third-party accredited services across the healthcare, education, government, social housing and commercial sectors.
We advised the shareholders, including growth capital investor BGF, of Fig Power on its sale to FTSE 250 investment company The Renewables Infrastructure Group (TRIG).
We advised King’s Award-winning marine-grade outdoor furniture manufacturer, Akula Living on its partnership with BGF. Founded in 2009 by Tim Appleton, Akula supplies hospitality and cruise operators across the globe – such as Royal Caribbean, Four Seasons, Holland America, Marriott and Hilton with offices in the UK, Hong Kong, Dubai and the US.
