Freeths has advised Karali QSR, part of the Karali Group of Companies on its purchase of 46 Taco Bell restaurants from a single franchisee. Freeths also advised Karali QSR on securing 46 new International Franchise Agreements with Taco Bell Europe, part of Yum! brands which owns Taco Bell, KFC and Pizza Hut.
The private equity group at Freeths has advised the Substantial Group management team, the ultra-fast full fibre broadband provider, on its merger with Brsk in a deal that marks the largest consolidation of alternative network providers.
Freeths has advised leading engineering software solutions provider, Theorem Solutions (Theorem), on its sale to US headquartered Tech Soft 3D, backed by Battery Ventures.
We were proud to have advised long standing client A-SAFE GROUP, a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of industrial polymer safety barrier systems, on its minority investment by IK Partners.
