About Peter
Peter leads Freeths’ Sheffield corporate team. He previously worked in Cambridge and Brussels, returning to Sheffield in 2007.
Peter’s background is in company law. He has a broad range of experience of company acquisitions and disposals, fund-raises and restructurings. He acts for a wide portfolio of clients, from high-growth University spin-outs to multi-nationals.
