Freeths advises founders of sale of Ariya Neuro Care to Choice Care

Leading law firm Freeths has advised founders of Ariya Neuro Care Paul Constable and Lucy Fallon on their exit to specialist residential and supported living provider Choice Care. 

Ariya Neuro Care is a specialist care provider for those with acquired brain injuries, focusing on maximising each person’s independence and developing their skills and confidence in a positive and progressive living environment. Over the course of the last 10 years, Paul and Lucy have driven the growth of Ariya Neuro Care, building a strong reputation for quality, compassionate and positive care and support. 

This milestone will allow Ariya Neuro Care to continue providing support for its service users and relatives, whilst maintaining its long-established and well-respected identity and core values. 

Freeths acted as legal counsel to the sellers, working closely alongside corporate finance advisors Mike Jewell and Elliott Jeans of Cavendish Corporate Finance. 

Corporate Parter Peter Crawford led the Freeths team alongside Managing Associate Raj Singh. They were supported by Employment Partner Toby Pochron, Tax Director Alex Angelides, Real Estate Senior Associate Frances Cowin, Corporate Associate Rebecca Rudd, Employment Associate Claudia Booth and Corporate Legal Assistant Banthana Singh.
