Megan Rowe

Megan specialises in Property Litigation and is an Associate working with Jill Carey in our Manchester office. 

Megan undertook a legal training contract in Manchester specialising in land law and qualified as a Solicitor in 2023. She joined Freeths in 2024 as an Associate. 

Megan works across a range of property litigation matters including both commercial and residential matters. Matters that Megan frequently works on include opposed and unopposed lease renewals, termination of commercial leases, advising on provisions within leases, enforcement of covenants, forfeiture, general landlord and tenant disputes, service of notices, strategy advice to avoid potential future disputes, adverse possession, dilapidations and boundary issues. 

Megan is used to dealing with a wide range of clients from household names to individuals. Megan has experience of working with both landlords and tenants which provides her well rounded experience to advise from both sides. She also provides regular support for other groups in the firm such as Real Estate and Insolvency. 

Megan is keen to work with clients to resolve potential disputes before they come an issue and provides sensible and commercial legal options. She provides a thorough, friendly and well-rounded service to clients.
