Freeths supports Linley & Simpson on Private Equity Investment

Freeths is delighted to announce that it has provided legal advice to the shareholders of Linley & Simpson, a leading Yorkshire Estate Agency Group, on its £10m investment from LDC, the UK leading private equity house.Linley & Simpson was founded by Will Linley and Nick Simpson 20 years ago and is based in Horsforth, Leeds. It employs 180 staff across 11 regional branches, manages a portfolio of more than 5,800 properties and generates a turnover of more than £9m. LDC has backed the existing management team with a £10m investment to drive its acquisition strategy. The investment will also support technology developments to improve its service to landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers

Dahren Naidoo led the Freeths team, with support from Andy Francey, Fiona Woodhead and Megan Atack.
