Freeths advise TaperedPlus on investment from Comhar Capital

Freeths Corporate team in Leeds are delighted to have advised the shareholders of Stockton-on-Tess based TaperedPlus on securing a significant, seven figure investment from Comhar Capital to support the future growth and development of the company's national operations.  Based in the Tees Valley, TaperedPlus is a flat roof design and insulation specialist which was established in 2014 by Robert Vass and Aman Chahal.  The funding will be used to support the development of its national operations.

Commenting on the transaction, Robert Vass said: "We have delivered strong organic growth in our first five years in business and this investment from Comhar Capital will provide a significant springboard for TaperedPlus as we focus on increasing our market share and developing new technology-led solutions".

Dahren Naidoo and Fiona Woodhead led the transaction from Freeths.  Dahren Naidoo said: “We are incredibly proud to have supported Rob and Aman on this transaction, and it is a testament to their hard work over the last 5 years.  Congratulations to all those involved”.
