Following a period of rapid growth, VIPR Limited has secured investment from independent private equity investor, Tenzing.

The Freeths team, led by corporate partner Malin Svanberg Larsson, advised on all aspects of the transaction. Malin Svanberg Larsson was supported by Ben Filmer and Charlotte Hartwright (both corporate) and Claire Boyce (tax).
