Freeths advises NCH (UK) Limited on the acquisition of Blast-Wash (UK) Limited

Lawyers in the Birmingham office of Freeths have advised NCH (UK) Limited on its acquisition of the business and assets of Blast-Wash (UK) Limited.

Blast-Wash specialises in the supply and manufacture of surface treatment, parts washing equipment, chemical cleaning and spare parts.
