Freeths Team Advise on Luxury Packaging Deal

National firm Freeths have recently advised the shareholders of Pollard Boxes on their sale to Italian luxury packaging company Pusterla 1880.

Pollard Boxes, based in Leicester, designs, manufactures and supplies innovative, award winning, luxury packaging solutions for the beauty, drinks, gift, entertainment and corporate markets aligning perfectly with Pusterla’s international presence in the luxury packaging market.

The Freeths team led by Tom Brown, Mohammed Abbas (Managing Associate – Corporate) worked alongside a team from Cavendish Corporate Finance led by partners Linda Sullivan and James Ellis to see the transaction through to completion.
