Freeths advises Redmoor Health on significant strategic investment

National law firm Freeths has advised digital healthcare services partner Redmoor Health on the receipt of major investment from private equity business Palatine.

Family-run business Redmoor Health, founded in 2017, provides a range of digital transformation expertise from design and project management to implementation and analytics and is a trusted partner of the NHS for all things digital technology.

This investment from Palatine will see Chorley-based Redmoor accelerate its strategic growth plan following significant expansion over the last five years.

Freeths legal team was led by Corporate Partner Dahren Naidoo and Senior Associate Megan Atack with support from Employment Partner Laura Tracey, Intellectual Property and Media Partner Iona Silverman and Senior Associate Alex Angelidas.
