About Laura

Laura Christodoulou joined the Freeths Oxford Court of Protection team in October 2022.

Laura has over 6 years’ Court of Protection varied experience assisting catastrophically injured mentally incapacitated adults and children and mentally incapacitated elderly individuals to manage their property and affairs through professional deputyships as well as assisting with the administration of personal injury trusts.

Laura is focused on delivering a high level of client care to improve clients’ quality of life and ensure decisions made are in their best interests.  As well as the clients and their families, Laura works closely with other professionals including case managers, independent financial advisers as well as medical professionals.

Laura is a member of the Professional Deputies Forum.

Laura obtained a 2:1 Law with European Law LLB degree from the University of Nottingham, before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bloomsbury London, achieving a distinction. Laura completed her training contract in September 2020, having undertaken seats in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Family and Court of Protection law.
