The Freeths corporate team has advised Escher Group Holdings Limited on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Helsinki-based Syslore Oy.
Escher, a portfolio company of Hanover Investors, is the global leader transforming postal operators and couriers. It powers the world’s first and last-mile deliveries, helping Posts connect nearly 1 billion consumers with global e-commerce networks.
Syslore OY develops high-performance address matching and recognition solutions for postal and logistics companies, helping them to cut operational costs, maximize mail sorting automation and deliver physical and digital mail streams more efficiently.
