Freeths Corporate Team advises Brady Technologies on CRisk ApS Share Capital Acquisition

The Freeths corporate team has advised Brady Technologies on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Danish based CRisk ApS.

Brady Technologies is a leading provider of energy and commodities trading, risk, and logistics management software that empowers global market participants to trade confidently, profitably and sustainably. Brady Technologies is a portfolio company of Hanover Investors. CRisk is an enterprise risk management platform for the energy and commodities markets. CRisk’s software allows physical and financial trading participants to globally manage their credit and liquidity risk on a modern platform.

The acquisition will strengthen Brady Technologies’ extensive risk management and analytics capabilities. The Freeths team was led by corporate partner Francis Dalton, supported by corporate director Ateeq Ahmed and corporate senior associate Henrietta Rendell.
