Emily qualified into the Court of Protection team after completing her legal training with Freeths LLP in March 2020.
Emily is a dedicated member of the team and works on a variety of cases representing both adults and children who lack capacity as a result of personal injury or clinical negligence. She specialises in acting for vulnerable clients and the management of their financial affairs. This includes Court of Protection applications, the affairs of elderly clients and care advice.
Emily regularly assists in managing the property and affairs of clients who have received multi-million-pound compensation settlements.
