Freeths win Corporate Law Firm of the Year 2020
Freeths are delighted to have won Corporate Law Firm of the Year at the 2020 Insider Midlands Dealmakers Awards.
Freeths were recognised as Corporate Law Firm of the Year for what the judges commented was “A relaxed but focused approach to dealmaking and a hungry desire to proceed.” Insider went on to add that “Freeths was indeed hungry, giving advice on more than 30 deals in the region, including BGF’s £8m investment in Emma Bridgewater, Fastenex’s acquisition of Cofast and Funeral Partners’ acquisition of a Northern Irish peer.”
The good news continued with the Freeths team also involved in YFM’s investment into Innovative Safety Systems which won SME Deal of the Year.
