Invention capture: Sit down with our patent attorneys and take an in-depth look at your product to identify patentable inventions.
Patent drafting: We prepare and file your patent application, writing claims to capture the entire breadth of your invention in a manner that is commercially relevant to your business. We can prepare either a UK patent application or a European patent application, depending on your needs
Patent prosecution: We see your application through the examination process at the UKIPO, the EPO or WIPO.
International patent applications: We can also prepare and file international (PCT) applications to protect your inventions overseas. We handle national phase entry at the UKIPO and regional phase entry at the EPO and we work with agents in every jurisdiction to coordinate national filings and local prosecution wherever you do business.
Freedom to operate (FTO): We can prepare FTO opinions and advice providing you with a clear picture of potential infringement risk facing your product. We can also prepare patent landscape reports to illustrate where your competitors are working.
Oppositions and revocation: We can assist you in opposing patents granted to your competitors either via an opposition at the EPO or a revocation action at the UKIPO. We can also assist you in defending your patents from similar actions by your competitors.
