Freeths Advises Enfuse Group on Strategic Investment from Agathos

Leading law firm Freeths are pleased to have advised the founders of Enfuse Group, a leading digital transformation consultancy and certified B Corp, on securing a significant strategic investment from Agathos Management LLP, a UK-focused growth investor.

The transaction marks a major milestone for Enfuse Group as it accelerates the next phase of its growth journey. The investment will support Enfuse in strengthening its core sector offerings across Retail, Hospitality, Travel & Transport and Higher Education, while expanding its AI-enabled and data-driven transformation services.
