Hannah is an Associate based in our Leeds office, specialising in construction and engineering disputes.
Hannah has a broad range of experience in complex and high value matters gained through arbitration, adjudication, Technology and Construction Court (“TCC”) proceedings (including adjudication enforcement) as well as other forms of dispute resolution and has experience of disputes under a range of contacts including JCT, NEC and IChemE.

Recent Work
- Assisting with a multi-million-pound arbitration relating to alleged defects at a commercial facility requiring substantial structural engineering and geotechnical expert evidence.
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of two adjudications resulting in multi-million-pound enforcement proceedings in the TCC.
- Assisting with an arbitration relating to a final account dispute between a local authority and a contractor.
- Assisting with a multi-million-pound adjudication in relation to a marine restoration project, including the refurbishment of a pier, between a subcontractor and international contractor.

Hannah obtained an upper second-class degree from the University of Leeds in LLB Law (International) before gaining a grade distinction in both the Legal Practice Course and an Msc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Leeds.
