Finbar Downing

Finbar is an Associate in the Agricultural Property team.

Finbar Joined Freeths as an NQ after completing his training contract at a regional firm in the Southwest of England. Finbar has over 4 years’ experience in both Agricultural and Residential Property and he has a wide range of experience including assisting clients with the sale and purchase of property and land, farm business tenancies, drafting various deeds and a variety of other property transactions.

He has worked with a broad range of clients including high net worth individuals, landed estates and developers. The experience and knowledge gained over the last 4 years has allowed Finbar to develop a pragmatic approach to dealing with matters and friendly and adaptive approach in striving to meet client’s needs, always focused on providing clear and practical legal advice.
