Olivia Hill joined Freeths in April 2018 and trained with the firm, qualifying into the Commercial team in London in January 2022.
Olivia specialises in commercial contracts and has experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of B2B and B2C agreements. Olivia also supports clients on franchising and on data protection matters, including the negotiation of data processing agreements and drafting of privacy policies.
During her training, Olivia spent time on secondment to an investment fund manager where she assisted General Counsel with a variety of commercial and corporate matters.
Prior to joining Freeths, Olivia worked in the Compliance team at a British fashion, beauty and homeware retailer where she gained valuable commercial and industry experience.
