Freeths advises on acquisition of luxury country hotel
Leading law firm Freeths has advised on the purchase of Hartsfield Manor, a Victorian luxury hotel, and wedding venue in Surrey.
The Freeths lawyers advising the buyer included several specialist departments from across the business, notably the Hospitality and Leisure sector team as well as Real Estate, Corporate, Employment, Immigration, Tax, Commercial, Licensing and Planning.
