Kiran Herard

Kiran has qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive, and as a Solicitor. She have over 8 years’ experience in Employment Law, acting for Respondents. Kiran deals with a range of employment issues and work with clients to resolve disputes in the workplace and manage employee relations. She work on a range of contentious matters including Employment Tribunal claims, involving issues of discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE, wrongful and unfair dismissal.

Kiran also advises on general HR issues, such as disciplinary, grievances and investigations and review contracts of employment, staff handbooks and policies. Her experience includes negotiating settlement agreements and attending judicial mediations.
