- Burke v Morrison and Povey [2011] EWHC 804 (Ch): Successfully pursuing claims for breach of fiduciary duty and wrongful trading on behalf of the liquidator of Idessa (UK) Limited, resulting in awards within the liquidation of approximately £1.8 million
- Re-constituting the title to a complex, previously hived-up, country estate ahead of dealing with all aspects of its £2.78 million sale on behalf one of the proprietors’ trustee in bankruptcy as project leader for the other owners. Awards within the bankruptcy of £425,000
- Dealing with the sale of a £4.5 million luxury home on behalf of the proprietor’s trustee in bankruptcy. Work included finalising a lockout agreement with the buyer, negotiating a licence to assign with the Crown as superior landlord, finalising and completing the transactional paperwork, obtaining Forms RX4 from 7 separate charge holders (necessitating an application to the High Court) and procuring security releases from various mortgagees of the property. Awards within the bankruptcy of £242,000
