Pamela has experience in a wide range of commercial property transactions including commercial sales, TOGC acquisitions and sales (freehold and leasehold), portfolio sale and leasebacks, portfolio management and commercial leasing for both landlord and tenant as well as assisting in the collating of DD and sale of various shopping centres within Scotland.

The majority of her transactions are acting for landlords and tenants. Pamela deals with all aspects of leasing portfolios including drafting leases, sub-leases, variations, rent review memoranda, assignations, consent to assignation, renunciations etc.

She was also involved in property security reviews for large lenders.
