Thomas joined Freeths as a newly qualified member of the team in July 2023 having qualified at a regional firm in Bedfordshire. Thomas qualified after training in the Family, Employment, Private Client and Dispute Resolution departments. Thomas also previously worked as a Health and Safety Inspector within HM Civil Service.
Thomas’s practice so far has predominately included advising on commercial and property litigation matters including insolvency proceedings, commercial contract disputes, professional negligence claims, dilapidations claims and debt recovery claims.
Thomas’s work so far has included cases within both the County Court and High Court.
Thomas strives to provide innovative and pragmatic solutions tailored to client specific needs, providing an approachable, well sign-posted service within impressive deadlines.
